A little bit about us...
We are Laura & Lauren - A wife and wife team who aim to bring you the best range of pick and mix sweets who are based in the South West. We are keen to provide you with the best quality product and customer service with a bit of kindness mixed in!
We decided to start our small business during lockdown (the first one!) when we were looking to get stuck into something that wasn’t covid related...And we have never looked back! We now serve customers all over the UK!
In our ‘spare’ time we love going on adventures, singing badly in the car and are just trying to raise our fur babies right!

Can I choose the sweets in my bag?
Unfortunately it’s a no at the moment - That’s why we have mystery bags. We are discussing a ‘Pick Your Own’ option for limited periods...but it may not be a permanent option.
What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information is correct. If you let us know as soon as you know we can try to change it. However, if the products have already been dispatched then unfortunately there’s nothing we can do (and are unable to process a refund).
I have dietary requirements - Do you cater for this?
Not technically no...All sweets are made externally to us and we can’t guarantee that they have got traces of allergens in them or cater to certain diets. However we have an ingredient list so happy to answer any questions you might have...just drop us an email and we will be happy to help.
Where do you deliver?
We can arrange local collection (free), local delivery (£2.00 if you are in Wellington, Taunton or Exeter) or we can deliver via Royal Mail (Postage calculated when checking out). Please note, we don’t take any money for postage these prices are dictated by Royal Mail.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of other products we handle (ie perishable food items), once orders have been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund for any reason.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right 😊
